Happy Monday, y’all! I’m so excited to share my twins’ 5th birthday party with you! Since my twins are boy/girl we sometimes have a hard time with a theme they both like but when we came up with the luau birthday party they were both thrilled!
I got a little crafty and made this floral “5”!
All of the metal decor is from The Round Top Collection. We found flamingos, palm trees, and tropical flowers perfect for the occasion! You may remember the stand holding the flamingo. I’ve used it multiple times for other parties and holidays. I love how all of the Round Top pieces can be used in multiple ways and reused time and time again!
These cookies by Treats by Trish are as delicious as they are pretty! I’ve known Trish since junior high, and little did I know back then that I’d be ordering cookies from her for my children! Time flies, y’all!
My sweet hubby made this pineapple tree for the party! He did such great job!
This bar cart not only served an amazing rum punch (recipe here), but it also had our caddy full of sunscreen and bug spray for our guests.
This cake was AMAZING! We have been using Cake Conspiracy for our cakes since the twins’ first birthday! They are SO good!
Just to make the party special for each twin we sing “Happy Birthday” to each of them! They love having the song sung just for them!
There is no doubt that the water slide was a highlight of the party!
Another party highlight was the visit by Kona Ice! The kids (and adults) LOVED it! They played tropical music and served yummy shaved ice.
Making their own snow cones was absolute heaven for these two! Their little friends loved it too!
We set up this little photo area where families could take fun pics and get in the luau party mood! How adorable are the flamingo and palm trees? Both light up too!
