Happy Sunday, y’all! I hope you had a great weekend and are ready for the new week. I’m definitely ready and I’m so proud of my self for being productive today. I did all of my mom duties and even got this blog post finished for y’all! I’m so excited to share our kitchen renovation with you.
I’ve mentioned before that before we flooded in Hurricane Harvey I was planning to paint my cabinets and do a few minor updates in the kitchen (see before pics at the end of this post.) Well, plans changed drastically when we had to pull out the cabinets and floors. Since everything was already torn up I made few more changes! I couldn’t be more happy with how they turned out.
We added a massive amount of storage which has come in handy with all of the parties we’ve been throwing lately! I actually have party supplies filling up the top row of cabinets. In the center we store the microwave and other small electronics. I love having them out of sight.
When our new cabinets were being installed the granite along the back wall broke. We decided to go with a more budget friendly option. The butcher block turned out great and gives the kitchen a natural feel.
BAR STOOLS (I took the backs off of the stools so that can have 2 very different looks. They are drastically reduced in price right now!!) TABLE Love this one too!
PAINT COLORS: Wall of cabinets and island are SW Illusive Green, lower cabinets and open shelving are painted in SW High Reflective White.
PENDANTS / RUG is sold out. SIMILAR here.
CHEESE BOARD (sold out) SIMILAR HERE & HERE / CAKE STAND
VASE / VASE / WOOD PEDESTAL / CAKE STAND / WOODEN TRAYS
UTENSIL HOLDER (it’s actually a candle holder!)
CHAIRS (sold in pairs, a great price!)
I can’t wait to get more decor put in place and share with y’all as we grow into our new spaces. Thanks so much for following along, it truly means so much to me! Have a great week, friends!
For grins I’ve included a couple of before pictures! Wow, what a difference!
