Happy Wednesday, y’all! One of my absolute favorite things to do with my daughter is “girl day”. She’s a twin and doesn’t get a lot of one on one time with me because brother is usually around. When we can get away on our own we definitely create wonderful memories and she literally talks about it for days. Our latest girl day was at Market Street – The Woodlands and we’ve teamed up to talk about dressing mini me!
We found our mommy and me dresses at Vineyard Vines! I fell in love with the idea of their coordinating clothing without having to match exactly. My little one saw this pink dress and wanted me to get it so badly since it’s her very favorite color! I told her eyelet was my favorite summer material and she agreed she would get my favorite as well. Of course our decisions were made after about an hour of looking around this huge store! Everywhere we looked we saw bright colors and coastal inspiration. Such a fun experience!
I don’t typically wear this much pink but I think my little one did a great job selecting this dress and I look forward to wearing it a lot this summer.

For the record, this girl is way more than being my “mini me”. She is so smart, so loving and the most determined person I know. I look up to her just as much as she looks up to me. I can’t wait for our next girl day, but I’m thinking a date with my little man will be next!
